Kid's Café
St. Martin, in collaboration with America's Second Harvest, is proud to work together to offer a year- round program to school age children. Kids Café offers a light meal and educational opportunities such as tutoring.
Kid's Café Facts:
- Programs provide free meals and snacks to low income children through a variety of community locations where children already congregate - such as our local Boys and Girls Club. In addition to providing meals to kids, all Kid's Café programs also offer a safe place where under the supervision of trustworthy staff a child can get involved in educational, recreational, and serial activities.
- Over 12 million children live in food insecure households.
- There are over 1600 essential Kid's Cafés in operation.
