Food Pantry
A displaced worker, a grandparent raising their grandchildren, rising health care, a person working but only earning a minimal wage. Our food pantry is designed to serve these people and many more that are forced to seek food assistance. Please come if you find yourself in a similar situation, and know you are not alone. St. Martin De Pores Center is here to serve you today.
Currently, the food pantry is serving over 2,000 families a month! Each month many families come to the food pantry for the very first time.
We need your help to provide food for families, and here are a few ways you can make sure no one in Grant County goes to bed hungry:
- Host a food drive.
- Incude us on your church, sunday school or civic orgainization budget.
- Volunteer.
We are in need of:
- Basic grocery items (can vegetables, soup ect...)
- Personal care items such as:
- Soap
- Toilet paper
- Toothpaste
- Shampoo
Often, our food pantry is the only bridge available between hunger and the next paycheck.
